These small blue beads reminded me of the intense blue of the Rudraksha fruit. It is a large evergreen broad-leaved tree whose seed is traditionally used for prayer beads in Hinduism. Rudraksha grows in the area from the Gangetic Plain in foothills of the Himalayas.  (Thank you Wiki!)

I used Aqua glass and bronze colored beads to make these pretty earrings. They remind me of warm days on the beach.
